LuxiGems offers a transparent and hassle-free 10 Days Return & Replacement Policy, applicable only for loose gemstones.
✅ Conditions to Be Eligible for Return & Replacement
1️⃣ Returns or replacements of loose gemstones are subject to inspection and verification by LuxiGems.
2️⃣ Damage resulting from negligence, mishandling, or improper usage will not be covered under this policy.
3️⃣ The gemstone must be returned with:
• Original Product Certificate
• Original Invoice
• Packaging
• Documentation
• Laboratory Certificates (if applicable)
🔁 Return / Replacement Policy for Loose Gemstones
✔️ Invoice Value Up to ₹49,999
You may return the gemstone within 10 days and receive a 100% money-back refund, provided eligibility conditions are met.
✔️ Invoice Value ₹50,000 and Above
You may request a replacement or choose another gemstone of the same value within the 10-day period under eligibility conditions.
💍 Return Policy for Gemstone Jewelry / Customized Jewelry
Customized jewelry such as rings, pendants, bracelets, or any gemstone mounted into jewelry cannot be returned or refunded, as LuxiGems does not resell used gemstones or jewelry.
💰 Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer
• Any additional paid lab certification is non-refundable
• Exchanges or replacements will be completed within 10 working days
• We also provide a 7-day return policy as applicable to certain conditions

Original documents and packaging are required. If missing, returns may not be accepted.
📌 Can I return a gemstone after it is studded in jewelry?
No. Our policy clearly states that gemstones mounted into jewelry are not eligible for return.
